Irregardless Café offers a variety of Bar services, with off-site permits for wine, beer and mixed drinks.

• First drink free (can be limited to wine & beer) all other drinks on a cash basis

You would be charged for the drinks that your guests would order.

Full Bar

There is a set up fee of $200.00 to offer a full Bar, which would include bringing in all the necessary spirits, mixes and garnishes. Most ‘well-brand’ mixed drinks are $6.50 with top drawer specialty drinks $8.00 +. The Irregardless is happy to purchase your preferred brands with associated costs.

If you would like to avoid this set-up fee, we often offer one or two specialty mixed drinks like Cosmopolitans or Mojitos, charging by consumption, and then do not charge a set up fee.

The cost of glass rental is in addition to the above costs.

Scotch, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Bourbon, Whiskey, Vermouth, Tequila, Orange Liqueur, Kahlua (well-brand). The Irregardless is happy to purchase your preferred brands with associated costs.

Bartenders:

Bartenders dedicated to the bar for the entire evening, with other servers assisting. Bartender is $25.00/hour, includes the time to set up the bar, serve and take the bar apart at the end of the evening.
