An Evening of Romance!

 All guests will be served a complementary glass of champagne to begin their meal.  

Irregardless' famous stolling violin viola string duo will be serenading you at your table.

Irregardless will also be celebrating Valentines on the weekend before, with Irregardless' dinner menu. On Friday evening, Feb 10th, Foscoe Philamonic - the same violin viola duo will be romancing with a cello accompaniment.  On Saturday evening, the acclaimed Jo Gore and the Alternatives will be tugging our heart strings all evening with dancing after 9:30 pm.

Appetizers:

* Lobster Bisque: caramelized fennel and leeks, sherry-infused veloute, crème fraische    $5

Dungeness Crab Crepe: fines hers,creme fraiche, sterling caviar, brown butter hollandaise  $12

Baked Brie en Croute: apple-fennel compote, toasted baguette $11

Middle Eastern Platter: hummus, tabouli and butterbean pate, grilled pita wedges & kalamata olives $8.50


Salads:

* Roquefort & Beet Salad: mixed frisee & arugula greens, Roquefort cheese, roasted beets, candied pecans, walnut-shallot vinaigrette $8

* Warm Goat Cheese Salad: fresh local goat cheese covered with herbs and seared, served on house greens with craisins, spicy walnuts and a creamy shallot vinaigrette  $8

Caesar Salad: Fresh romaine lettuce leaves tossed with lemon Parmesan dressing and garnished with croûtons  $6

* Irregardless Garden Salad: Asian greens and red leaf lettuce, cabbage, onions cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, raisins and sunflower seeds.  Served with a choice of dressings  $6

* Braised Monk Fish: wild mushrooms, lemon mash, roasted vegetables, pickled fennel, olive-tomato gremolata  $26

Carolina Pan-seared Flounder: North Carolina flounder, sage cornbread souffle, wilted kale and served with a turkey bacon potato cream sauce  $22

* New York Strip Steak: Roquefort butter, Madeira Wine Sauce, Pomme Anna, Asparagus $30

* Shrimp & Grits: sautéed shrimp, wild mushroom, sherry cream sauce, cheddar cheese grit cake, asparagus  $20

* Pan-roasted Half Chicken: Free range, all natural 'airline' breast (with wing bone attached) fire roasted, leg of Chicken Confit and served with sautéed Brussels, wilted frisse sprouts, root vegetables, creamy potato puree, red wine chicken jus $24

Black & Bleu Chicken Orzo:  blackened chicken breast, melted Maytag bleu cheese served over a creamy pea and mushroom orzo pasta  $19

Vegetarian Bouchee Tower:  puff pastry bouchee, chanterelle-sherry-roasted shallots, parsnip puree, spinach, fingerling potatoes, boursine cheese with fresh tarragon   $22
