#1 Aviator - HotRod Red Ale (Fuquay Varina, NC) $4 Irish Red Ale (6.10%) A somewhat classic Irish Red Ale. This ale is feisty and a bit hoppy. There is a malty sweetness and a somewhat dry finish. Traditional East Kent Goldings but with a nice touch of Cascade and dash of roasted barley give this ale a great taste.

#2 CBC - Carolina Pale Ale (Holly Springs, NC) $4 American Style Pale Ale (5.60%) This amber colored beer is an American style pale ale. Three varieties of American grown hops create a pleasing bitterness, aroma and lingering hop taste. Our Pale Ale's medium-light body and clean taste make it an excellent accompaniment to a fine meal or a satisfying drink all by itself.

#3 LoneRider Brewing Company - Shotgun Betty (Raleigh, NC) $4 Hefeweizen (5.80%) Shotgun Betty is a wheat beer, cloudy with strong banana and clove flavors and refreshing dry finish.

#4 Duck-Rabbit Porter (Farmville, NC) $4 American Porter (5.70%) The Duck-Rabbit Porter is very dark in color. This robust porter features a pronounced flavor of roasted grains reminiscent of dark chocolate. Oats are added to the grist to give a subtle round silkiness to the mouthfeel.
