To start:

MIDDLE EASTERN PLATTER-  A Middle Eastern appetizer featuring a scoop of hummus, tabouli, and butterbean pate. Served with grilled pita wedges & Kalamata olives.... $8.50

LOCAL GOAT CHEESE BRUSCHETTA- Eggplant caponaa, creamy goat cheese mousse, balsamic reduction, fresh basil, served on an herb crostini.... $8.00

CHILLED OYSTERS - with local apple-ginger mignonette, red onion marmalade and arugula.... $9.00

WARM PIQUILLO AND CRAB DIP - Spanish Piquillo peppers, creamy lump crab meat, melted mozzarella and herb crositini .... $10

BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND APPLE SOUP - served with spiced walnuts .... $4.50

SALAD DRESSINGS- Lemon Tahini, Maytag Bleu Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Caesar and Creamy Shallot Vinaigrette.

IRREGARDLESS GARDEN SALAD- Baby salad greens & red leaf lettuce, cabbage, carrots, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, raisins and sunflower seeds.... $6.00

CAESAR SALAD- Fresh romaine lettuce leaves tossed with Irregardless’ lemon Parmesan Caesar dressing and garnished with garlic croutons.... $6.00

ROQUEFORT AND BEET-  Mesclun-Arugula greens, Roquefort cheese, roasted beets, walnuts, tossed in a creamy shallot vinaigrette.... $8.00 

WARM GOAT CHEESE SALAD- Fresh goat cheese covered with herbs and seared until toasted, served on baby salad greens with craisins, spicy walnuts, and creamy shallot vinaigrette.... $8.00

Entrees:

TURKEY DINNER-  Fresh oven roasted turkey, sliced and served with pan gravy, sage cornbread stuffing, fresh cranberry orange ginger chutney, vegetable de jour, and  sweet potatoes.....$22.00

CHILDS PORTION (under 6 years old)- Same Turkey Dinner, but half the size.... $12.00

DESSERT PIE SPECIAL FOR TURKEY DINNER ONLY- Your choice of pumpkin or apple pie, served with vanilla ice cream.... $3.50

TAKE AWAY TURKEY-  If you would like to take “left-over sliced turkey & cranberry chutney, stuffing and 4 slices of honey wheat bread for sandwiches tomorrow, just let your server know.... $8.00

PRIME RIB-  A 10oz slice of dry rubbed Rib Eye Loin, slow roasted and finished with an au jus and horseradish cream sauces, served with mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.... $26.00

RACK OF LAMB-  Dijon & herb crusted half rack of lamb.  Served with red wine demi sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour....$29.00                                                                                                                          $29

LOCAL PAN-SEARED FLOUNDER-  North Carloina founder, served over a cornbread stuffing souffle, wilted kale and topped with a trukey bacon and potato cream sauce.... $21.00

POTATO AND SQUASH GNOCCHI - Potato nutmeg gnocchi, roasted butternut squash, wilted kale, orange segments, spiced walnuts, finished with a brown butter sage sauce.... $17.00

SEVEN-BEAN CASSOULET (vegan) Melange of seven beans, braised cabbage, caramelized onions, toasted cornbread crumble, topped with wilted kale and roasted buternut squash.... $16.00

THAI PUMKIN CURRY (Vegan)- A mixture of sauteed butternut squash, zucchini, eggplant, squashes, onions and cauliflower tossed in a Thai pumpkin curry sauce over lentil brown rice, served topped with orange cranberry ginger puree and toasted pumpkin seeds.... $16.00

SHEPHERDS’ PIE (Vegan)- Vegetarian casserole layering vegan short crust dough with red bliss mashed potatoes splashed with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley and bulgur wheat, sliced carrots marinated in pomegranate molasses, sautéed sliced cabbage with onions, celery & fennel seeds and garlic wilted spinach. Baked and served topped with Shitake mushroom miso gravy.... $16.00
