The Well Fed Community Garden is a place to witness the growing cycle, reconnect with the source of our food and seek healing and nourishment. Well being and healing comes with many forms of nourishment: fresh organic produce, physical activity cultivating the soil, breathing the fresh air… and in being creative and releasing stress.
Annelies has been involved in the creative arts for 25 years, as well as working in a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors, ranging from director, producer, educator, manager, designer, photographer, sculptor, board member and even hair & makeup artist to the stars ‘on Broadway’ and for TV and film for 17 years. She is also a certified leadership coach with ‘Conduit for Change’, helping her clients live with purpose, peace and prosperity in and out of the office. She found coaching through her own search to cope with life and career change and found solace and solution by merging her expertise (working with high-performance professionals) and her passion (science, nature, creativity and cultural exploration- 22 countries) with everyday problem solving. The result has been inspiring for her and for all whom she serves.
“I believe in the power of creativity and Nature to capture hearts, minds and imaginations, changing and shaping the world we live in.”
