First Course: Caprese Salad

Layered fresh Mozzarella from Chapel Hill Creamery, on marinated tomatoes, basil and crostini on a bed of mixed of mixed greens drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic glaze.

Carolina Pale Ale, Clean, Crisp floral finish 5.1%   (The beer that started on the craft breweries 20 years ago!)



SeconCarolina Brewing Co logod Course: Forrestier ‘Blintz’

Homemade crepe rolled and filled with mountain applies ‘caramelized’ in a cast iron skillet – topped with a touch of apple brandy.   Served topped with ‘sauced’ wild mushrooms.

Indian Pale Ale, English style IPA, Clean, Crisp & Citrus 5.4%


Third Course:  Trout LaSalleTrout LaSalle

An original Irregardless dish making a comeback – Trout LaSalle combines NC Mountain Trout filet on oven roasted sliced potatoes.  Served on spiced butternut puree and topped with an anchovy butter sauce


Third Course: Eggplant Moussaka (Vegan)

Sliced eggplant, marinated in Lemon Tahini dressing, dredged in nutritional yeast and roasted, layered with oven roasted sliced Yukon gold and NC sweet potatoes and marinara.  Topped with a Cashew nut tofu ‘Ricotta’ cap, served with Marinara and vegetable du jour.

OctoberFest; darker, malted with a hint of caramel 5.7%


Fourth Course: Vegan Raspberry Chocolate Mousse

A delicious mixture of creamed cashew nuts, Callebaut cocoa and maple syrup – topped with Coconut oil whipped ‘cream’.

served with Nut Brown Ale, with hints of chocolate and caramel 4.8%
