"Just wanted again to say thank you for catering our Board of Directors meeting. The food was
excellent; service was fabulous. Indeed, we received many comments from our directors about
the great food. I appreciate you working with me to fine tune the menu and offer a variety
especially with the breakfast pastry, fruit, and quiche. It was a nice touch to have the
blueberries and blackberries available with the breakfast cereal and to have different
pretzels and trail mix each day. The nova salmon was a big hit; all was consumed. Sunday's
"box lunch" worked well. Some directors stayed and ate; others who had personal cars took
their lunch with them. I liked the packaging of the sandwiches as one could see what he/she
is selecting and liked having the cookies and brownies wrapped individually and available for
selection. One director only took dessert, another came back for another brownie for the
flight home. It is not often that the Board meets in Raleigh and we really wanted to shine.
Thank you for helping me "shine" by presenting a great selection of food. For sure the
directors did not go hungry and staff is enjoying the leftovers."
