Arthur Gordon and the Irregardless Café have been nourishing Raleigh and the Triangle
community for over 30 years.
Throughout the years, it has become a tradition for the Café to cater parties and
milestone celebrations for many Triangle businesses and families. In the late 1990’s,
his wife Anya joined the team as Catering Manager.

in Winston Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh. A culinary graduate, he has worked as a chef,
dining room manager and is especially proud of the Bread and Pastry programs he established
at several fine dining establishments.

Trevor's careful organizational skills ensure that all the details of your next catered event will
be perfect. He is familiar with all aspects of the food service business from his many years
working in high end restaurants, delis and family owned Mexican establishments.
Trevor learned the basics at home. As the forth of 12 children, he daily helped his mother
prepare dinner for his 11 brothers and sisters.

In the late 1990's, chef/owner Arthur Gordon's wife Anya increased catering to become a significant part
of the Cafe's food service business. She now oversees all of the corporate, wedding and social
caterings and also looks after marketing for the business. Anya brings years of experience as
Executive Director of several non-profit organizations in Canada. She also taught at community
colleges and high schools.
